Warranty Detailes

Warranty Duration:

• All devices come with a 24-month after-sales service warranty.

Free Installation and Setup:

• Installation, setup, and training are provided once for free during the warranty period.

• Note: Preparing the installation environment (e.g., water supply, drainage, and power outlets) is the customer’s responsibility.

Free Replacement and Repair Services:

• During the warranty period, the cost of replaced parts and service fees for repairs or replacements will not be charged.

• Important: Repairs must be carried out exclusively by authorized service centers.

Additional Installation Costs:

• Costs related to plumbing, wiring, fittings, and other accessories requiredduring installation (if necessary) will be charged to the customer.

• These costs are for environment preparation and are not covered by the warranty.

Conditions for Warranty Nullification:

• The warranty will be void if the device is installed, repaired, or operated by unauthorized individuals.

• Any tampering, alterations, or damage to the warranty card details will invalidate the warranty.

Use of Non-Standard Materials or Detergents:

• Damages resulting from using non-approved detergents, non-standard components, or accessories not certified by the manufacturer will not becovered under the warranty.

Services After Warranty Period:

• After the 24-month period, repair and replacement services will be providedat the customer’s expense.

Product Technical Support:

• The company guarantees the availability of spare parts for up to 10 years from the purchase date. Warranty extension is possible upon mutual agreement and additional payment by the customer.

Compliance with European Standards:

• All products are designed and manufactured according to European standards. Devices are resistant to abnormal electrical surges or water pressure fluctuations. However, misuse or improper operation of the device is not covered under warranty.

Periodic Maintenance Services:

• Periodic maintenance services, including cleaning, replacing worn-out parts, and performance checks, are available through authorized service centers.
